Section 13
Right to determine the conditions of service consumption and charge service fees
(1) The person who has received the license may provide the service of using the water resources developed by him to others on the basis of mutual terms and may charge a fee for such service.
(2) If the service of using the water resources developed by the Government of Nepal is provided to someone else, the service fee may be determined and collected as prescribed.
